Terms of use

The rules, in plain language

Who can use LootCity

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to take part in paid competitions where you live. One person, one account. If a state or country you are in restricts paid skill competitions or online gaming, you must not use LootCity from there. Accounts that break these rules can be closed.

Points and your wallet

  • Wallet balances are in points. The buy and cash-out rates are shown in the app and can change; the rate on screen when you pay or withdraw applies.
  • Points are not a bank deposit and do not earn interest. They are only for lobby entries and withdrawal to your own bank account.
  • LOOT points are a separate loyalty record. They have no cash value, cannot be spent or withdrawn, and carry no promise of any future token or benefit.

Lobbies and results

  • Hosts run rooms; they never play in, pay for or win their own lobby.
  • Entry points are held when you join. They are refunded if you leave before the lobby fills or if the lobby is cancelled.
  • Winners are proposed by the host and confirmed by staff. Payouts are made only after confirmation. Staff decisions in a dispute are final on the platform.
  • You must upload your own genuine, unedited, full-screen screenshots. AI-generated, edited, reused or cropped proof is cheating.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals go only to a bank account in your own name, are reviewed before they are sent, and may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraud, chargeback abuse or money laundering, or if you have not yet played with a share of what you deposited. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Conduct

No multiple accounts, no sharing accounts, no collusion, no fake proof, no abuse of referrals, no harassment, and no attempts to attack the platform. We may suspend accounts, void rewards and withhold funds linked to a breach, and we will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it.

Games and trademarks

LootCity is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. You must follow each game's own terms of service, and a game's publisher may change or remove custom-room features at any time.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available. Updates may pause the app briefly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
